The Sony Ericsson Aino which was submitted several months ago is now available officially, at least in the UK, allowing us to finally know what are the features it offers when connected to the Playstation 3, which is a key advantage.
With it, we can turn on and off our console, navigate menus and control the XMB interface, Internet access and content stored on the hard drive, buying in the PS3 Store and, if there’s PlayTV, watch and record television programs.
All this with a specification that does not fall short compared to other models, for the Sony Ericsson Aino has a 3-inch touchscreen, 8 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi connectivity and 3G, GPS receiver and a MicroSD card reader which increases the miserable 55MB of internal memory.
That itself has been slightly reduced the autonomy promised in the presentation, although it still has more than acceptable levels, with 8.5 hours talk time and 300 hours standby. In the United Kingdom is now selling for 385 pounds, which amounts to little more than 400 euros. We’ll see as it comes through here.
